P4W (Partner for Windows) This is a full Practice and Case Management System provided by Advanced (and by Tikit before 2020). I have spent 4 years (since 2018) customising this package so that legal firms get much more out of the package than the ‘out of box’; organisation of matters, documents, time recording and finance. P4W is, in my opinion, a brilliant package and when you start to investigate and look at what it can do, over and above the basic integration with the Microsoft suite, it will transform the performance of your business. It contains a straightforward ‘coding language’ which enables some powerful functionality if you use it to follow your businesses' workflows. You can do some customisation yourself and achieve some good results, but to really get it to fly; increase efficiency, provide better service, give insights, simplify management and compliancy you need to get under the bonnet and use the power of the SQL Database that sits behind the scenes. That is where I come in. Working with you to look at your business objectives we can analyse your; processes, procedures and work flows then implement solutions that enable your staff to reduce the mundane tasks and then focus on providing greater service to your clients.
